Words on giving and generosity

You may be stingy but in the long run giving money, shelter, and other resources may help you.

Here are many scriptures about generosity.

“ If you lend money to one of my people among you who is needy, do not treat it like a business deal; charge no interest. Exodus 22.

if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully. Romans 12:8.

The context behind the second verse is that they're are many ways to give. Also that sometimes giving and being generously goes beyond money.

A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed. Proverbs 11:25

What this is saying is that you may not get a physical gift but a gift that you will get a mind relief and that you did good (which you did).

Well now you know that giving in general is a very great privilege we as humans have.
